Q2: What is the shipping time?

A: We’ll indicate the approximate shipping time on the product’s shopping interface. If weather conditions affect delivery, such as typhoons, there may be a one-week delay.

Q3: Can I pick up my product in person?

A: We support self-collection. The product’s warehouse location is indicated on the product page. If you prefer self-collection, please contact our sales representative, who will guide you to the warehouse to pick up your product.

Q4: How do I request warranty/after-sales service?

A: Please contact customer service and provide proof of purchase, a description of the problem, and photos/videos. We will arrange a repair/replacement.
