How long does shipping take? When will my order be dispatched?
The total estimated delivery time is 7–14 days, including order processing and transportation.
The EM5 Ultra Storm is shipped via truck freight from our U.S. warehouse. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the carrier's schedule.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
For pre-orders, please refer to the estimated shipping date listed on the product page.
What if my package arrives damaged or parts are missing?
Although we carefully package every EM5 Ultra Storm to prevent damage during transportation, scratches, damaged components, or missing parts may occasionally occur.
If you experience any of these issues, please send your order number and related photos or videos to service@valtinsu.com within 14 days of delivery. Our support team will review the issue and help resolve it.
Can I return my order for personal reasons?
To be eligible for a return, your EM5 Ultra Storm must meet the conditions outlined in our Return Policy.
Eligible regular-priced orders may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Return shipping fees apply, and used bikes are subject to an additional 20% restocking fee.
Please note that sale and promotional items are generally not eligible for returns due to personal reasons.
